1. General Terms and Conditions
 
By booking or using the services of The Paradise Shuttle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
 
2. Booking and Payment
– All reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by full payment.
– We accept payments by credit card, debit card and bank transfers.
– Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
 
3. Cancellation and Refund Policies
 
Cancellations by the Client
– For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, a 100% refund will be processed, subject to a small administration fee of $20 to cover operating costs.
– For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours prior to service, a 50% refund will be issued, subject to a $15 administrative fee.
– Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show: No refunds will be given, as the reserved space cannot be reassigned in that time.
